Overview
Rizqad is an Employer of Record (EOR) platform. It lets businesses expand their team internationally without opening a local entity, navigating foreign labour law, or building an in-house HR function from scratch. A company gives Rizqad its hiring requirements; Rizqad becomes the legal employer of record in the worker's country and takes on compliance, contracts, payroll, and day-to-day HR overhead, while the business works directly with the person they hired.
The platform is aimed at businesses that want to grow a team affordably by hiring in markets where great talent is available at a lower cost than locally, without taking on the legal and administrative risk of doing that hiring themselves.
How it works
- A business submits its hiring requirements — role, scope, and working hours — through the site
- Rizqad sources, vets, and formally employs the worker on the business's behalf
- Rizqad handles the employment contract, statutory compliance, and payroll in the worker's country
- The business works with the hire directly day-to-day; Rizqad stays out of the way operationally
- A trial period lets the business confirm fit before committing long-term
- Pricing is a flat monthly fee per hire, with no separate recruitment fee or long-term lock-in
Architecture
The site is built with Next.js and TypeScript, serving as both the marketing front door and the intake flow that captures a business's hiring requirements and routes them into Rizqad's internal process.
